Preston Court is located less than a ten minute drive to Royal Birkdale Golf Course. Alternatively, a short 15 min walk to the train station will take you to the golf course in a couple of minutes. The apartment is lovingly furnished and eminently comfortable for longer stays with all mod cons cons included. It is located in a small, quiet block, on the top floor of only nine apartments. It has a balcony so you can enjoy the view of the grounds and garden. Plenty of parking is available free onsite. There is also free street parking outside. It is a quiet street and traffic is rare. Full kitchen facilities are available and there are two comfy double bedrooms

If you have any queries before booking, whether it's about extra people, pets or any further facilities you may need, please get in touch and I can probably sort it for you.
The immediate neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful. Convenience stores, a chemist, restaurants, a post office etc. are all less than a five minute walk away. Larger supermarkets are plentiful in the town, the nearest being a fifteen minute walk, as is the town centre. Southport boasts a beautiful promenade and seafront, and people come from all over the UK to enjoy its offerings. The world famous Royal Birkdale Golf course is less than a ten minute drive or taxi ride, or a couple of minutes on the train from Southport train station. Trains run regularly at least every fifteen minutes. Both Liverpool and Manchester are around 45 minutes away
