With its homely touches, we hope that you will enjoy our "Home By The Sea" as much as we do. California Cliffs holiday park (ParkDean resort) is a 5 minute walk from a beautiful sandy beach and has everything on-site you will need during your stay. There is an on site Nisa shop, launderette and fish and chip shop aswell as indoor/outdoor pool, separate baby pool area, amusement arcade, bar and restaurant. There is a clubhouse onsite which hosts many entertainment events including kids clubs, bingo and nightly shows. There is also an outdoor children's play area and crazy golf course. PLEASE NOTE - YOU WILL REQUIRE PASSES TO ACCESS SOME FACILITIES (eg. pools and entertainment) AT AN ADDITIONAL COST (Available at the park) Our caravan has 3 bedrooms (2 x twin and 1 double), 1 bathroom with WC and shower as well as another separate WC, fully equipped kitchen with gas oven and hob, microwave etc. A separate dining area which is also perfect for those games nights! A Freeview TV with separate DVD player in the lounge with a selection of family and children's DVDs for your pleasure. The caravan is professionally cleaned between each guest visit, including all bedding and towels. There is a hard standing outside the caravan for your vehicle but CHARGING OF ELECTRIC VEHICLES FROM THE VAN IS NOT PERMITTED as caravan is not rated to accommodate this. Towels and bedding are provided but you will need to bring your own swimming/beach towels. Gas and electric are included in the cost of your stay. There is also free WI-FI available in the caravan.

We love our holiday home by the sea and enjoy many weekends there with our grandchildren. We enjoy walking along the beach to nearby Hemsby or just sitting on the beach making sandcastles and happy memories! To wake up and hear the seagulls is enough to make you want to get out of bed and enjoy what the park and local area has to offer. Or sometimes just relaxing by the caravan is enough to recharge those batteries.

There is a superb bakery just around the corner and a pub that serves meals along the road. There is a small amusement arcade just outside the park too aswell as a Chinese takeaway. The famous seaside town of Great Yarmouth is 6 miles away with its stunning, immense sandy beach, deckchairs, donkeys and amusement packed piers aswell as the Pleasure Beach Fun Fair, some museums and shopping centre. Hemsby is a short mile walk away with amusements, takeaways and funfair.
