my residential Park Home is privately tucked away on our little farm and looks out onto gorgeous countryside., it offers stylish, well equipped, warm, very comfortable accommodation. Suitable for up to 3 adults or 2 adults and two2 children. The main bedroom has a king size double bed, and the 2nd bedroom has a 3' wide bunk bed , suitable for an adult. However, we prefer to host only up to a max of three adults, or two adults and two children. The home is very high spec, has full gas central heating and is extremely cosy and warm but cool in summer. The verhanda is perfect for al fresco dining and the view is quintissential English countryside with lambs and ponies at the end of the garden! This property is ideal for guests who love peaceful surroundings in the real countryside. It is ideal for walkers being and has footpaths on the property. for a small extra charge I can provide a continental breakfast as required. All basic storecupboard amenities (tea, coffee etc) are provided in the lodge. We have a lot of free range livestock around but I will accept one ONLY small/medium, well behaved dog on request at a small cost per night payable on arrival. The lodge has a large garden suitable for a dog, but well behaved and under control only! Absolutely NO big dogs. Please specify when requesting to book. Under no circumstances can a dog be left unattended in the property. It must be with its owner at all times.

I love living in the country. I have lots of animals (plus 2 grown up children). My life motto is to live life to the full and enjoy each day as much as possible. Oh what a cliche! We thoroughly enjoy having guests. We like meeting new people, but are busy and more than happy to leave you to your own devices. We also enjoy giving advice to guests about where to go and what to see; in short to help whenever we are needed.

We are situated down a little farm lane. Access is easy but we are quite private. However, we are only a mile from the thriving village of KIrkby Malzeard which has a very well stocked top shop, a great butcher, an excellent chippie, and a pub. Ripon is only a 15 minute drive, as is Masham. We are within easy access of both the dales and gorgeous countryside, or bigger towns like Harrogate and York. Public transport from Kirkby Malzeard is very limited. You do need independent transport.
