The kitchen is very well stocked with a wide variety of cooking equipment, a large fridge freezer, a microwave, a slow cooker, and a variety of store cupboard essentials.
A Dolce Gusto machine allows you to enjoy delicious coffee at the touch of a button
Cleaning equipment, including a Shark cordless vacuum and mop are available for your use, if required.
On the upper two floors, you will find three comfortable bedrooms, including a king-size bed, a double bed, and bunk beds.
The bathroom is modern and spacious with a powerful shower. Soap, shower gel and shampoo are included.
A small patio area offers an area to relax outside, with a table and chairs.
Books, DVDs board and video games are provided for your enjoyment.

Bodeinion is situated in the heart of the small town of Nefyn.
As you explore the neighbourhood, you will find Spar and Premier convenience shops, a community pub, a coffee shop, a pharmacy, a milk and milkshake hut, a hotel serving evening meals and Sunday carveries, a sports bar, a pizza and kebab takeaway and an Indian restaurant.
The picturesque beach is less than 10 minutes walk away. A few parking spaces are available on the approach road.
There is a well stocked cafe opposite.
Toilets are situated half way down.
The Welsh coastal path can be picked up at various points but a lovely hour's stroll to the famous Ty Coch inn on the beach at Porthdinllaen can be accessed from the top of the beach approach. Follow the path to the left instead of proceeding down towards the beach.
The nearest fuel station is in Morfa Nefyn, which is only a few minutes' drive away.
Pwllheli is the nearest main town. This is a 10 minute drive across the Peninsula and features a variety of larger supermarkets and independent shops,as well as a beautiful beach and harbour.
Other nearby towns include Abersoch, Caernarfon, Llanberis and Aberdaron.
