Bothan Dubh , a brand new self catering cabin set in the stunning village of Kishorn, looking on to the Bealach Na Bà and the Cuillins on the Isle of Skye. We are in a rural area so please keep this in mind before you book with us. We are situated on the North Coast 500 Route. We are around 40 minutes drive to the Isle of Skye, just over an hour from the City of Inverness and central to many other increasing popular locations including Applecross, Gairloch, Plockton and Eilean Donan Castle.

Myself and my husband Calum have recently completed the self build project of Fuaran, our family home. We have also just had a little girl called Ceitidh, who was born in January 2017. Before that, I worked as a dental nurse for the past 5 years. We are fully available during your stay as we are in the house beside the cabin, we will be able to greet you during check in times, however if you do arrive after these times we might not see you until the next day. There will be a key in a secure box (code given day of arrival) and an emergency number in the cabin if you need any help.

Kishorn is a lovely quiet village ideal if your looking for some peace and quiet. There is the fantastic Kishorn Seafood Restaurant (5 minutes walk) and The Bealach Cafe (2 miles) located close by if you don't fancy cooking after a busy day or fancy a nice morning coffee.If you have a special occasion or would like a table booked at any close by restaurants, I am more than happy to advise and book this for you. The Bealach Na Ba is a must on your visit, its a spectacular drive and the most amazing panoramic views once you reach the top. If you like hill walking, we are in one of the best spots situated 20 minutes from Torridon which is a mecca for all hillwalkers with the beautiful sandstone mountains which has given walkers some memorable expeditions. We are in a rural area, it’s quiet and a car is essential. We are around a 7 mile drive to the local spar and garage. The best and only way is hiring a car, the area is well spread out. If your an enthusiastic cyclist, we can supply a secure place for your bike and equipment.
