Conveniently placed between Dundee and Aberdeen it is ideal for commuters.
Towns Montrose and Edzell are very near, around 10 minutes drive, where long walks along sandy beaches and natures walks can be enjoyed.
Brechin is lovely little town to visit and stay. Many of the properties in the town centre are listed by Historic Scotland providing plenty character with all the sash and case windows, small 'closes' (alleyways) through out the many shops. and scenic facades.
Plenty of nature paths and parks are close by, offering lovely walks.
