Set within exclusive, central Southsea and a short walk from the sea this upmarket, 3 bed first floor apartment is the perfect space to wind down over your seaside stay.
CHECK-IN
Self-check in with lockbox after 3pm. Whilst guests do not need to let the owner know their estimated check-in time in advance of their stay confirmation of arrival to the owner on check-in day is appreciated.
SERVICES
There is free Wi-Fi and a TV, which is set up with an Amazon Firestick. Guests can also use the HDMI cable to connect to a laptop/other device.

The apartment is a 7 minute walk to Southsea Beach (400 metres). Its is 1.5 miles from Gunwharf Quays and 2 miles from the Historic Dockyard and Mary Rose Museum. Further information below.
Intrepid, seasoned traveller who has lived in various countries worldwide, and is experienced in meeting people from all backgrounds and cultures through travel, work and life generally. Very happy for respectful guests to stay in my apartment.
Parking:
Free: limited, off-road parking in Lennox Road South and nearby Clarendon, Clarence, Maple or Villiers Roads.
Paid: Pyramids Car park, Clarence Esplanade, PO5 3ST (12GBP for 24 hours, RingGo app)
Trains: Fratton, 1.2 miles; Portsmouth & Southsea 1.8 miles, Portsmouth Harbour 1.9 miles.
Buses: 3/23: The Circle (just off Clarendon Road) to Gunwharf Quays & Commercial Road. 2 from Albert Road to Eastney.
The sea: 8 minute walk via Clarence Parade and Southsea Rock Gardens (by the Pyramids Centre)
Ferries: Hoverport (for Isle of Wight), The Hard (for Isle of Wight, France & Guernsey). Wonderful seafront walks to Eastney or Gunwharf Quays.
