This peaceful location is surrounded by fields but in easy reach of the A1 A46 & A15 road networks & just 10 minutes from the nearest railway station at Newark
Sophie is a Private Chef who has run her bespoke catering company for the last 24 years alongside hosting B&B guests for 21 years. Brills Farm is the family home & sumptuous breakfasts a big part of your stay here with home produced bacon & eggs & Lincolnshire sausage from the local butcher.
Situated on the top of a small hill Brills Farm lies just 20 minutes from the historic Cathedral City of Lincoln. It is also close to the Nottinghamshire boarder & the River Trent with Newark Castle & the market town of Newark with its many antiques shops just 10 minutes.
There is an abundance of places to visit on the doorstep, from the family owned Elizabethan Doddington Hall with its beautiful gardens & incredible farm shop to the incredible Belvior Castle where you are greeted by suits of armour in its ancient walls & can walk among serene statues dotted though the landscaped lawns.
Lincolnshire is known as “Bomber County” & played host to the Lancaster Bombers during the WWII. The county is steeped in RAF history & the visitor centre “Bomber Command” is only 5 minutes from Lincoln.
Bi monthly Antiques Fairs at Newark Showground (5 minutes away) Several International Horse Trials from April to September & even the Lost Village Festival in September, are just a few of the things to see, do, explore & enjoy while staying at Brills Farm
