Established over 35 years ago with just a handful of cottages, the company has grown to the point where we now successfully market a wide variety of properties throughout the region. From the start we were determined to build up a reputation for offering only the best of properties. Burnham is a spacious, elegant Edwardian villa situated in the heart of Sidmouth, in a quiet residential area just a few minutes level walk from the town centre and esplanade with a wide sweeping pebble beach. The house has been lovingly prepared with tasteful, soothing colour schemes throughout with brand new beautiful furnishings throughout. The pretty, south facing patio garden is a real sun trap, perfect for spending lazy days and storage for bicycles etc Private parking for 1 smallish car in the garage. There is paddleboarding & kayaking available over the summer from Sidmouth beach with more water-sports available from Edge & Exewake in Exmouth.
