This Butterfly Home is a private accommodation. Lighted entrance with off street parking for two cars. Each bed and bedroom are completely private and non sharing. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and is situated on the ground floor and has direct access to the garden via the patio door. This room is also used to supply a portable fold up cot if required. Bedroom 2 is an upstairs room with a double bed that overlooks the garden and front of house. Bedroom 3 is another upstairs double room with a double bed. This room overlooks some city lights at night and both the back and side gardens. The conservatory or living area is for relaxing, reading, cross word puzzles or games. A monitor allows streaming and DVD’s. There is a fair sized kitchen with double oven and all the mod coms. The toilet and bathroom has a shower and bath for a lovely relaxing hot soak which is on the ground floor. The garden has seating with lights and is also used as a smoking area. It can be used during the summer months as an outdoor eating area. For families it is a spacious fun house and for couples it is a nice cosy place to enjoy privacy on the ground floor level which is also helpful for older guests or people with slight mobility.

Welcome to my Butterfly Home. I offer a lovely clean relaxing accommodation with breakfast provisions and snacks as well as toiletries. The house is warm, light and spacious. Just 5 minutes walk from the station and 1 minute walk to the night bus service. I am a people person and happiness is the key. It is important to feel relaxed and comfortable in your surroundings and that is what I try to create. I am also a seasoned traveller so I have some idea of at least basic needs. This is a residential area and the house is 5 minutes walk to Grove Park station which takes 15 minutes to Central London, London Bridge. There is a night bus 1 minute walk to the house. For those fitness people it’s 3 minutes walk to leisure centre with fitness classes, gym, swimming pool, badminton, table tennis, basketball and kids soft play and trampolining which also has a library and restaurant onsite. There are a few parks and green areas in the vicinity including supermarket newsagents take always and a local pub. The nearest airport to the house is Gatwick which is just over 1 hour by train. Stanstead airport is a little for taking nearly two hours.
