Sweetcombe Cottage Holidays is a locally based self-catering agency focusing on East Devon. Established over 35 years ago with just a handful of cottages, the company has grown to the point where we now successfully market a wide variety of properties throughout the region. From the start we were determined to build up a reputation for offering only the best of properties. The company has grown, but everyone involved still holds true to the combination of commitment and professionalism that is the foundation of the company's success. Family run to this day, we are still able to offer that personal service which sadly in today's ever increasing pace of life can sorely fall by the wayside.

Cambridge House is a charming, elegant grade II listed period property forming one of several similar properties located in the heart of the town centre just a few minutes level walk from the quality shops, beach and the Byes National Trust parkland and River Sid. This spacious house is beautifully furnished and well presented. The entrance hall leads into the living room with a smart TV an open plan dining area. There is a well-equipped modern fitted kitchen with a downstairs cloakroom and WC. On the first floor there are two spacious bedrooms. One single bedroom with pine furniture and one double room with a king size bed and pine furnishings. There is a spacious white bathroom suite with a bath, separate shower cubicle, WC and hand basin. On the second floor there are two further spacious bedrooms, one with a single bed and one with twin beds. 1 Well behaved dog welcome with an extra fee Private parking for 1 small car in garage and further car on drive in front of the garage - please note the access road at the rear is narrow.

Sidmouth is a brilliant base for any age of guest at any time of year. Enjoy delicious food at great retaurants such as Dukes to The Pig at Combe. Explore a range of activities on offer along the Jurassic Coast from nearby beaches off the South West Coat Path to day trips with the kids to The Donkey Sanctuary and Pecorama. There is paddleboarding & kayaking available over the summer from Sidmouth beach with more water-sports available from Edge & Exewake in Exmouth. Or perhaps enjoy a round of golf at Sidmouth or Honiton Golf Club or wild life watching from Seaton Tram.
