Our property is located in a central, yet charming neighbourhood on the outskirts of Derby city centre. Walking - The property is located in a central area and is a short walk from many points of interest including Derby City Centre, Derbion and Derby Museum Car - The A52, A38 and A61 are all a short drive away and provide access to the M1 as well as neighbouring towns and cities. There are lots of amenities within driving distance including Pickford’s House, Derby Arena and Florence Nightingale Hospital. Taxi - We recommend using Albatross cars or chads cars.
