Welcome to our cosy 2 bedroom fully furnished terraced home on Lincoln Road, perfectly located just a short stroll from Lancaster Train Station (2 min walk) and the city centre (5 min walk) A warm & well equipped 2 bedroom house for up to 4 guests. Please note we have a no pets policy, Our property has everything that you might need for a comfortable stay. • Fresh bed linen and towels provided before every stay. • hand wash, soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet rolls, salt, pepper, cooking oil, water, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, sugar & milk provided. • Smart TV with Netflix included (all other apps will require your own login). • Super Fast Wi-fi broadband. • Kitchen equipped with cafetiere, microwave, kettle, toaster, also other necessary appliances including an iron, ironing board, a washing machine, fridge-freezer. Pots, pans and further necessary equipment provided for cooking basics. •
Main bedroom features King Size Bed, smart TV with Netflix included.
2nd bedroom features 2 single beds. No TV in here.
A travel cot can be provided if needed but you will need your own mattress and bedding for it as for safety reasons we cannot provide these. A high chair can be provided also. These need to be requested at booking. There will be no safety gates available for the stairs.
Parking Information: On-street parking is available for free, but it's residents' permit only.
We can provide a permit for the duration of your stay. To ensure this, a fully refundable deposit is required the week before check-in.
This deposit will be returned to you in full after check-out, provided the permit is returned.
If you're interested, please let us know in advance to arrange the permit and deposit.
