Gas central heating (underfloor on slate ground floor), gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial fuel for open fire included. Welcome pack. External utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and separate toilet. Enclosed courtyard with patio, garden furniture and BBQ. Bike store. 1 small dog welcome. Private parking for 1 car (approximately 5 minutes walk away). No smoking. Please note: There are 12 steep steps leading to the courtyard and external utility room.
