The property is a mid terraced 2 bedroom house in a residential area of Dunfermline. One bedroom is set up with a double bed and the other bedroom has two single beds. The lounge has a sofa bed in it and we have a license for 6 guests. Dunfermline is the former capital of Scotland and has an historic Abbey and Royal residence. Dunfermline is home to a number of restaurants and shops which can be reached within 10 minutes car journey. It's also around 10 minutes walk to Queen Margaret station where you can get trains to Edinburgh. Trains tend to take around 35 minutes to Edinburgh. There is a CO-OP within 5 minutes walk for basic essential and there is an ASDA and Tesco within 5 minutes drive.
I'm a university lecturer, and love the people I meet through short-term letting.
The neighbourhood is residential area and most people know each other. There are plentiful car parking spaces which are free in front of property. To the rear of the property are views over Dunfermline and on a good day the Forth bridges. There is a co-op 5 minutes around the corner and an ASDA/Tesco within a 5 minute drive. In addition, here is a three legged cat which one of our former guests nicknamed Tripod.
