Clay pigeon shooting, pony trekking, horse riding, segway are all on the doorstep. Ilfracombe’s pretty harbour offers fishing charters and pleasure cruises around the coast or to Lundy Island in the season; voted No.6 in Europe and No. 20 in the world by travellers in 2020, Woolacombe Beach, one of the best in the UK and renowned for its cleanliness, water quality and facilities, is only a 2 miles or a bus ride away. Take the popular Tarka Trail for cyclists and walkers, visit Exmoor National Park, Exmoor Zoo, Milky Way Adventure Park, The Big Sheep, Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park and other beaches such as Saunton Sands, Croyde and Westward Ho! Church House is a newly refurbished property suitable for couples, friends and families looking for style, comfort and fun at any time of the year. This ground floor apartment is elegantly appointed throughout, with bedrooms to your left and right, both with an ensuite shower room, sink and WC; 1 double and 1 twin zip-and-link (king-size on request). The living space has a 4 seater dining table and chairs, an L shaped sofa and 43” Smart TV with Freeview and access to Netflix. The contemporary kitchen has an electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge freezer, sink, washing machine and Tassimo coffee machine. The back door leads out onto a decked patio with BBQ and dining for four. No pets are permitted on the property. 1 travel cot and highchair can be provided on request and towels and linen are included. There is no private parking available. However, there is plenty in the roads around Church House - Station Rd, Church Rd and Langleigh Rd; all with no parking restrictions. Cheap public parking is also available on the Wilder Rd Car Park (30 second walk from the house). Parking bays across from the traffic lights have no restrictions between 18:00pm and 08:00am.

Church House is a lovely apartment which sits at the top of the high street centre in the seaside town of Ilfracombe. It is within walking distance of Tunnels Beaches and great places to eat line the harbour and the lower town. For keen walkers the Torrs Walk is close by and joins up with the SW Coastal Path.
