Clarendon Villa is a short 5 minute downhill walk into the centre of town with all shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Ventnor Beach and Esplanade is a little further but all down hill. Boniface Downs is a short 5 minute walk up hill to fantastic walks and views over the town and English Channel Located opposite St Catherines School Fields you have uninterrupted views over the English Channel from all the front rooms. You can park outside and leave the car at home. Town is 5 minutes away and then it’s a similar distance down to the Beach and Esplanade , all down hill, so be aware that the up hill walk home might take longer. There is a bus stop both in the town centre by Boots and also at the top of Grove Road on Mitchell Avenue that provide services around the island.
