They can also help you if you are having difficulties accessing your property once our reception closes. When you stay in our property we want you to have all the freedom of staying in your own place plus all the security of knowing that there is someone there for you if you have a problem.

Our serviced holiday apartments in York offer a stylish and comfortable place for you and your family or friends to stay for your short break in York. These apartments give you easy access to all major landmarks within this vibrant and historic city. We are also close to York Races. Our serviced holiday apartments offer a great base for exploring all that York has to offer, including some of the best restaurants just a short walk away. All our apartments celebrate York’s history as a chocolate manufacturing centre. You will find lots of images, information and of course lots of chocolates in your apartment celebrating Rowntrees and Terry’s chocolate factories. We have seven apartments including one bedroom, two bedroom and three bedroom apartments in our Signature range. These apartments are on a quiet side street just 900 metres from York Minster. There is on street parking available right outside the apartments. These beautiful apartments are located in two former Victorian terraced properties which were converted by us just a few years ago. Parking is available to pre book for 13.50 GBP per day. Details how to arrange a digital parking permit will be provided once your booking has been made. Please note, cots are supplied in all rooms, apartment 1 & 2 cot is available by request only. The communal washing machine and dryer are located in a laundry room, these are available on a first come first served basis and located in building 60. There are no washing and drying facilities in the rooms. Please note we do not allow Hen or Stag parties. STAYS OF 7 OR MORE DAYS WILL BE CHARGED A REFUNDABLE 250 GBP DEPOSIT.

Our apartments are a short walk from York city centre. There is a beautiful walk into the city from the apartment with the city walls and York Minster directly in front of you or you can stroll through the Museum Gardens and down by the river.
