Clevedon house is a lovely recently renovated home from home in walking distance to all Newquay has to offer. Whether you enjoy watersports, beautiful scenery, hiking, exploring quaint towns or excellent food it is all here. You will be met with a warm and cosy open plan living space with comfy sofas, smart TV, large dining table. The kitchen offers a washer incorporating dryer with steps down to a large utility area. There are outdoor spaces with seating and a surfboard storage shed with padlock. An outside tap is available to rinse out wetsuits and a hanging space.
The property offers private parking for one car and is located seconds away from Mount Wise public car park.
The co host lives in Newquay and is always happy to help.
Having discovered the joys of Newquay due to my family moving here it is wonderful to share my cosy house with others. It is great to be able to walk to the local beaches and pubs with so many beauty spots also nearby. The surfing is second to none and the whole atmosphere of the place so relaxing. It has been great to meet so many people from different walks of life and to offer them a comfortable retreat for their holidays. I really enjoy the whole experience.
The house is in a peaceful location and is within easy walking distance of the town and beaches.
There is parking on site for one car and Mount Wise car park seconds away which is 24hr. The bus and train station are also nearby.
