The Coach House is a magnificent 4 bedroom luxurious house set in a prime position set back from the beach in Cowes. The house has been renovated to a very high standard and has been interior designed with a contemporary and modern style throughout, the open plan living area is on the first floor to take advantage of the sea view.The house has been carefully designed with attention to detail including Sonos integrated speakers, high spec kitchen with Quooker tap and luxurious ensuite bathrooms. The fabulous outdoor kitchen is a great space to enjoy a morning coffee or dinner on the terrace in the sunshine.The house has the additional benefit of parking for 2 cars. The house is situated in a quiet close, just a couple of minutes walk to the beach and a flat walk into Cowes. As you enter the property, your are welcomed by the modern outdoor kitchen, fully equipped with BBQ, infra red heating and lighting. Be prepared to be wowed inside too, the large master bedroom suite with super king size bed and the 3 ensuite bedrooms ( 1 king bed and 2 twin rooms) are all on the ground floor with hotel standard beds, sumptuous pillows and high quality duvets for a perfect nights sleep. All beds are zip and link if you would prefer for the beds to be set up differently to above please do let us know at least 1 week prior to arrival. The handcrafted oak stairs with low level lighting takes you up to the stunning living area, the spacious, bright and open planned living room takes advantage of the sea view. This room has been cleverly designed, with zoned mood lighting, electronically controlled velux, sonos app for entertainment, remote controlled fire, and a door entry system. A large dining table for entertaining and a beautiful loaf sofa for relaxing. The high end integrated kitchen has everything that you will need to prepare a feast.
