Oneonesevenns: a stylish and luxurious 5star/guest favourite Edwardian terrace opposite a Green Flag awarded space and short walk from coast and Blue Flag (Longsands) beach. Access in mins from Tyne Tunnel and coastal route to Northumberland. 10 mins drive into city. Starting at the hip Fish Quay you can walk for miles to Tynemouth, Cullercoats and Whitley Bay. The house is available during school holidays ONLY. There is a prety, tranquil south-facing yard to dine, play and safely store prams/bikes/boards. The washing line is ideal for wetsuits and bathers. A quiet street with bonus of Tesco Express at the top of the road and 2 supermarkets within walking distance. Free on-street parking. Independent shops, bars and cafes are plentiful in this region without needed to venture to the city. Ideal if you are using the DFDS ferry, the NS ferry, or the airport. On request, I offer a homecooked meal for those travelling a long way. I offer airport drop-off/collection and childminding services as the holder of an enhanced DBS. Ideal for Gosforth Park Racecourse, The Mouth of Tyne festival, and the GNR. Note: a cat lives here. Having said that visitors with allergies haven't ever had problems due to the 5-star cleaning.

Quiet. No through road with excellent links to city and coast. Buses to the city at the top of the road and to the coast at the bottom. Two metros are within walking distance, although buses are metres from the house. The property overlooks allotments and a Green Flag cemetery which is popular for walkers, and access to the Coast Road direct to Longsands, the 'Pirate' play area with inflatable slides, crazy golf and a boating lake opposite the aquarium.
