Situated in Brighton’s Kemp Town and 5 minutes’ walk to the pier, Colson House offers en suite bedrooms themed around a 20th-century movie icon. Free Wi-Fi access is also available. A TV, DVD player and tea/coffee making facilities are featured in each room at Colson House. A variety of cafes within a few minutes' walk offer all day breakfast choices. A small front garden is also available, where smoking is permitted. Brighton city centre is just a 10-minute walk along the seafront, whilst a wide variety of nightclubs, bars and restaurants in the surrounding area. The Royal Pavillion, rail station and theatre are all a 15-minute walk away.
