Property information
Our home is a super convenient transition stop for many people as it's less than 90 seconds from junction 27 of the M6 motorway. It has great proximity to the local ASDA petrol station where you can replenish your supplies and full up with fuel. A newly opened Hickory Smokehouse is within walking distance of our home and is a fantastic place to enjoy a traditional Southern American dish.
Neighbourhood information
Standish is a much sought after area to live. It boasts many top performing schools in the area and retains the traditional village feel with more affluent families and couples seeking to secure their home in the area. A short walk into Standish from our property will provide you with many bars and fantastic places to eat, such as Alberts which is a personal favourite of ours. The house is situated on a bus route with direct links to Wigan via Standish, making access to these areas simple and hassle free. The nearest bus stop is less than a minutes walk from the house. The Foresters Arms is a traditional pub which serves great food and drinks and is less than a two minute walk from the house.
