Seaside Llandudno are co-owned by two couples; Joanna & Bart and Anna & Damian. We live in Colwyn Bay and Sheffield respectively and share a love of Llandudno. We have completely renovated the whole building and taken the decorating and furnishing of the apartments very personally and hope to have created a home from home experience for our guests. Apartment is located within minutes of the beautiful Llandudno promenade and beach, many local amenities and attractions including Venue Cymru Theatre, award winning pubs and more! It consist of a 1 bedroom and bathroom, separate kitchen and airy lounge. Conwy Suite makes a a wonderful space to sit and relax with cup of coffee or glass of wine while reading your favourite book, discuss North Wales adventures, or simply watch a movie on the 4K smart TV. This ground floor apartment consists of 1 double size bed and a comfy sofa bed in the lounge so it's a perfect place to stay for a couples or a small groups/family. Our neighbourhood is very quiet, so we ask that you respect privacy of others and monitor noise levels during the evening and night time. Our apartment is a non-smoking, if you need to smoke please smoke outside and dispose your cigarettes afterward. Please remember to lock your apartment when you leave. There is a Free onstreet Parking outside the property with no restrictions.
