The living areas in this single-storey shepherd’s hut consist of a studio-style layout with double bed, kitchenette equipped with induction 2-ring hob, microwave, fridge with ice box and a dining area with seating for two guests and blue-tooth sound system. Wall mounted electric heater. There is also a shower room. Outside there is a private front garden with lawn, patio, furniture, outdoor bath tub and fire pit and ample off-road parking is available. Within 1.5 miles you will find a shop, within 0.2 miles, a pub and river and please note that this is a non-smoking property. One small well-behaved dog allowed at an additional charge of 25.
