Comfortable sofas with scatter cushions in the living room, along with a pull out sofa bed to cater for an additional two guests. Large 50' TV with Netflix, Prime, Disney etc and Super fast 5G WIFI. The main bedroom features a super comfy double bed with cushions and throw. Bedside tables, double wardrobe, dressing table with mirror and velvet chair. Bedlinen and towels are provided for you. The second bedroom has another super comfy bed in a small double, bedside table, single wardrobe and mirror. Bedlinen and towels are provided for you. Extra bedding is available. The main bathroom features a large shower, basin, toilet and heated towel rail. Towels and shower floor mat are provided as is toilet paper and soap. The kitchen comes complete with oven, hob, microwave, Air fryer, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster. All kitchen essentials including pots, pans, utensils and cutlery for self catering. Children's crockery and cutlery are also provided. You will also find kitchen roll, foil, clingfilm, binbags, cloths, sponges, tea towels etc. We have some kitchen store essentials: Coffee, tea, sugar, oil, salt and pepper. Well behaved dogs are welcome, we do ask that you use the throws supplied when inviting clean and dry dogs onto any of the furniture. Dogs are NOT allowed on or in the beds. There are some pet essentials provided too: water/food bowls and poo bags.

I am mum to our two fur babies, Rocky and River. They love to be by the sea, chasing each other up and down the beach! We love Mersea and want to share our little cosy home by the sea so you can enjoy Mersea too!

West Mersea is a picturesque island found in between the river Blackwater and river Colne estuaries, located in the countryside to the south of the historic roman town of Colchester. Accessible via The Strood Causeway which floods at high spring tides, Mersea Island feels like an adventure from the moment you arrive. With beautiful beaches, a good choice of restaurants, pubs, and cafes there is a vibrant coastal community surrounding the local boat yards, sailing clubs, water sports and lifeboat station. Free parking space at the accommodation. There are also car parks located near the beaches.
