‘Craig Fach’ is the coach house at the lodge built for Lord Merthyr.
Downstairs, there is a lounge with a double sofa bed, desk and smart TV/DVD, a shower room and a well equipped kitchen diner with access to the patio and outside seating area.
The upstairs rooms are accessed via external staircases, and include a double room with kingsize bed, a twin room, another shower room and an outside seating area on the decking.
There is ample parking on the driveway for up to 4 vehicles.
Craig Fach is just outside the beautiful town of Builth Wells, with cafes, pubs, shops, sports centre and cinema.
It is less than a mile from the Royal Welsh Showground, so perfect for anyone wanting to exhibit or visit events there
The house also has easy access to A470 making it perfectly situated for day trips out such as Brecon, Pen y Fan or even Cardiff!
