Stay in a beautifully renovated Victorian home on a tree lined residential street just moments away from the river Thames and charming Richmond upon Thames with its gorgeous Green, fabulous pubs, restaurants and cafes. It’s no wonder Richmond has become an iconic “must see” spot in London. The home of Ted Lasso but also countless poets, writers and artists over the years. Turner used to sit atop Richmond Hill and paint the bucolic scenes of the meadow, cows are river views. Our penthouse private guest floor includes 2 bedrooms, freshly painted in Farrow and Ball neutral colours, with hardwood floors, just the right amount of antiques and buckets of charm. Begin the day in one of the sun-lit bathrooms (one adjacent the other en-suite) one with a tub, the other a rain shower before a full day running around the museums, shops and sites. Ground floor drawing room, garden, kitchen, and utility room are all shared upon request. Gorgeous oversized master bedroom suite and second king sized room both freshly painted in Farrow and Ball neutral colours, with hardwood floors, underfloor heating, double paned sash windows and buckets of charm.

Passionate about travel, I worked in the luxury hospitality industry for over 20 years. I've been incredibly lucky to see some amazing things, experience a large variety of cultures and visit the most fantastic places both through work and pleasure. Having lived on two continents, I am a bit of a mix and have left little pieces of my heart in each place I visited but I am now happily settled in Richmond with my family. Over the last 10 years as a host, I have met hundreds of wonderful people. Our house offers lap-top friendly spaces, loads of space, a lush garden and ultra fast high speed wifi. Our home is located on a tree lined residential street, a 3 minute walk to the River Thames and a mere 5 minute walk to Richmond Town centre. Here you’ll find great shops, cafes, restaurants, grocery stores, cinemas, theatres, pubs, etc…. There are also lovely cafes, green grocers, supermarket and restaurants just down the street (including an incredible Indian restaurant, fabulous Thai and charming Italian and Greek restaurants). The bus stop at the end of the street is “cresswell rd” and even has a direct bus to Heathrow. The Richmond Train Station less than a ten minute walk or 2 bus stops away has direct and express trains to London but also the District tube line taking you into South Kensington in under 30 minutes.
