The historic Iron Age hillfort of Figsbury lies 1 mile away, and there are numerous bridlepaths including Monarch's Way national trail. The area is renowned for it's good shooting and fishing, and the New Forest National Park and famous Dorset coastline are under an hour's drive away. The area is centrally located to offer easy travel options to Southampton, Winchester, Stockbridge, Bath and Bristol, as well as a direct train link to London Waterloo from Salisbury. The property is best accessed by car, but as Salisbury is only a 10 minute drive away, there are several taxi companies you can call if you need a lift. There is ample parking on the driveway and in the car port.
