The house is located in a very nice and clean neighbourhood with on street free parking space where you can park your car easily with parking space always available.

There are varieties of amenities nearby such as: Manchester Airport is 30 minutes by car Manchester city centre is 15 minutes by bus with many buses taking you from the property to Manchester city centre such as 81,112,117,118 and 119 minutes. It would only take you 10mins drive to get to Manchester city centre. The science museum, National Football Museum, Royal exchange theatre, University of Manchester, Manchester Metropolitan University as well as Salford University are about 20 minutes drive from the property. North Manchester General Hospital is 15 Minutes by bus and 10 minutes by car O2 arena is 15 minutes by bus and 10 minutes by car Etihad Stadium 10 minutes by car and 22 minutes by bus Manchester United Ground is 20 minutes by car There are lot of shops and restaurants such as Asda, Lidl, Iceland, Gregg, Subway, MacDonald and KFC nearby.
