The flat has a large corner sofa set in front of a large wall mounted TV for guests entertainement. The flat is heated by radiators which are set on timers for guests comfort. Please note that the flat is located above a busy restaurant and bar. The appartment will not suit those looking for absolute peace and quiet as during opening hours, there will be some noise from the business below. Also, the flat is not suitable for those that have issues with mobilitiy as the access to the flat is via a steep flight of stairs. Initial access to the flat is via a key lock box, which is located directly outside the appartment front door, so arrival can be at any time.

The properrty is set the middle of the quite village of Culbokie which has a play park and a Spar shop. It is also conviently located just 11 miles from Rosemarkie Beach and 14 miles to Cromarty.
