This completely refurbished well-presented holiday apartment is in a purpose-built block in the popular seaside resort of Dawlish Warren on Devon's English Riviera. This apartment is ideal for couples and families wanting a convenient base near the pubs, restaurants and shops that the Warren has to offer, and is within 5 minutes walk of the safe, Blue Flag sandy beach. This ground floor apartment has two bedrooms an open plan living/dining area with a well-equipped kitchen. It also comes complete with a small balcony perfect to spend time relaxing and looking out over the countryside.
