Sky TV and a log burner make for a cosy lounge on those colder days and there is a separate lounge for playing games or relaxing with a book. The family kitchen is fully equipped with a double oven, six ring gas hob, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a study with a desk, chair and high speed broadband. The three bedrooms are all large and airy. Two have king size beds and one has a super king bed that can be configured as a twin. Upstairs family bathroom with bath and separate shower. Downstairs shower room and WC.

Exmouth is an amazing beach town, even though we live here it always feels like we are on holiday! There are regular live music events, lots of activities for all age groups and some great places to eat and drink. The combination of the the estuary and the beach make this a perfect spot for water sports enthusiasts.
