We strive to make your stay as pleasant and relaxing as possible whether you are here for business or sightseeing or a special event

Our great strength is that we are city centre-based, in Edinburgh's New Town - a UNESCO World Heritage site. We're very easy to reach on public transport from the airport, the railway station and the airport.

Neighbourhood information

Our guest house is within walking distance to many kinds of eating places, from high end to takeaways, to pubs, the latest shopping centre, a top cinema and entertainment venue and supermarkets. The city centre is 15 minutes or, if you're not keen to walk, the bus stop is 1 minute across the road. For relaxation and physical exercise, take a walk to the Royal Botanic Garden, the Water of Leith walking path or, for children, the play areas at St Mark's Park or the King George V Park.
