Short Stay St. Andrews is the largest provider of holiday let accommodation in St. Andrews with a large dedicated team to make your trip as smooth as possible. We also have a shop front on South Street in St. Andrews should you wish to pop in and chat. We are happy to communicate with all guests as much as necessary, but will otherwise leave you to enjoy your stay. When the booking is confirmed you will receive instructions via a web link with all the necessary information to check yourself in at your leisure after 4pm (unless by prior arrangement). Check in is via a secure key box which you will be provided with the code.

Easter Kincaple Farmhouse, St. Andrews is a traditional family farmhouse designed to meet the needs of families, golf parties, and groups of friends or colleagues looking to escape to St. Andrews and the surrounding countryside.A fully furnished two-story farmhouse with beautiful woodwork, cornicing, and a wide staircase. The house has seven bedrooms and seven bathrooms. A spacious farmhouse kitchen benefits from an Aga, snug with wood burner, a bright and airy large living room with an open fire, a large dining room, and an office space that has been made into the seventh bedroom. The property now has various new additions to make the space highly functional for guests.The house sleeps 14 adults, with an additional two people in a twin day bed. There is a travel cot that can be requested when booking.The house has seven shower/bathrooms, with four en-suite to bedrooms and three shared bathrooms. A new access to the garden has been created, taking you from the house out to the patio area and the stunning garden grounds. The house has the most wonderful large garden with a tennis court-sized lawn, drying green, and many colourful flowerbeds. There is a patio outside the kitchen’s bi-folding doors where you’ll find ample seating and a large charcoal BBQ. There is ample car parking for six cars. We are delighted to welcome you with your K9 friends (subject to an additional charge) and as long as there aren’t more than two big dogs in the party. BED CONFIGURATION The default bed configuration is 5 x super kings, 2 x kings and 2 x singles but the options available are 4 x super kings, 2 x king and 4 x singles or 3 x super kings, 2 x kings and 6 x singles or 2 x super kings, 2 x king and 6 x singles or 1 x super king, 2 x kings & 10 singles or 2 x kings & 12 x singles. This must be intimated to us at least 7 days before your stay, and cannot be guaranteed. If you don’t intimate a preference to us, we will make the beds as the default option. EPC Rating E

The house is a 1.5 miles from the seaside town of St. Andrews, the home of golf. The farmhouse sits within a working farm but we have ensured your space is secure with minimal disruption from the activity on the farm. The farm steading is not accessible to guests and we’d ask for your safety that this is respected. From the house, you can go walking or cycling using the farm paths to connect you to local routes, and quieter roads. You can also join the coastal path and explore the rugged coastal path of the Kingdom of Fife. The house is just over an hour from Edinburgh Airport and 95 mins from Glasgow. The surrounding area: You can walk along a safe wide foot and cycle path from the Farmhouse to St. Andrews or to Guardbridge, home of Eden Mill Gin. St. Andrews is not only the home of golf but it is also a brilliant place to explore with friends and family.
