The property is a Newly refurbished building that is separate from the house.
Features include bathroom with shower, bedroom, breakfast bar & coffee station, lounge area with TV and WiFi. All fully heated. French doors leading out to an Outdoor seated area with awning partitioning for privacy.
Have had many students over the years and enjoy catering for people and be the best hosts we can.
In a quiet close, within walking distance to the sea. Good transport links into nearby coastal areas and towns like Canterbury, Whitstable, Ramsgate, Broadstairs etc.
