This traditional inn, with its wood-paneled charm, is known for its delicious food and local ales. Emily’s View offers stunning rooftop views of the surrounding fells, providing a tranquil escape for families exploring the northern Lake District. Emily's View The bright and airy apartment features: Comfortable living room with fell views and Freeview TV. Fully equipped kitchen with electric cooker, fridge/freezer, and washer/dryer. Separate dining room for leisurely meals. Bathroom with shower over bath. The second floor has a second sitting room with TV and sofa bed (occasional use). Two double bedrooms (accessed from the second sitting room). Emily's Nook The open plan living area has an electric wood effect stove, TV with Freeview and dining table. Kitchen equipped with electric cooker, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer. Shower room with hand basin and WC. Bedroom with king size bed. Oil central heating and electric radiators in bedrooms. All oil, electric, bed linen, and towels are included. A cot and highchair are available upon request. On-street parking.

The fells offer stunning walks and hikes for all fitness levels, with breathtaking views of the Solway Coast to Scotland and the lakes of Bassenthwaite and Derwentwater. Nearby villages, such as Caldbeck, offer charming cafes and traditional pubs. Keswick, with its shops, restaurants, and attractions, is a short 15-minute drive or a scenic walk over 'Back o Skiddaw' away, with excellent public transport links available for the return journey.
