Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Guests will enjoy easy access to everything from this flat. Bars, Restaurants and It is a 3 minute walk to Sale Tram stop for easy access to Old Trafford (10 mins). The Etihad (25 mins), Manchester City Centre or Altrincham. You have the use of the entire flat with a 50in Smart TV in the lounge. 1 x Double Bed 1 x King Size blow up bed for the lounge
I am available 24hrs and live 3 miles away so always happy to assist any quests with any issues
Very affluent area with property in high demand because of great transport links and schools 3 min walk to the tram to Manchester 20mins Altrincham 15 mins. Motorways m6, M56, M60 all very close by. Very Easy to get to Old Trafford & the Etihad via the tram 3 stops to Old Trafford and into Manchester for the Etihad
