Our aim is to create a high spec home from home for people visiting this beautiful area, with all the comforts you are used to. Character period furniture, including an antique bed, adds character to your accommodation. Everything in the Studio is new, from the fitted kitchen and shower room to the newly-decorated bedroom/living room. It is well-equipped. All mod cons, including a coffee maker, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is also a wifi TV and sofa seating.
The Studio forms part of an attractive bungalow, which is set in a leafy quiet road. If you are travelling with your pet it means you need have no worries when exercising them outside. You will have your own parking space. Garden lighting automatically lights up your way across the garden if you are returning late at night.
The Studio also has a patio garden for you to enjoy as well as the main garden, which is shared with the owner and is fully fenced in. It is fine to exercise your dog here - we would just ask that any deposits are picked up if possible. Breakfast is provided in the hall/living area to welcome you.

I love welcoming people to Holt and enjoy sharing information about the coast and the surrounding area. I am taking up bird-watching too locally = we had a huge heron visit the garden twice recently and we have a resident owl who nests in a nearby tree. I worked in charities most of my life and did PR and fundraising but now I am focused more on community projects.
Holt and the surrounding area, as you probably know already, is great for all sorts, from bird-watching and steam train travel to people-watching in all the lovely cafes and restaurants we have locally.
Holt is a great Georgian town that is just 5 minutes walk from the bungalow - with brilliant indy shops , cafes and galleries, loads of restaurants and full of character. We are in a leafy, pleasant road that is great because it is near everything but tucked away as well.
The Studio is only a short walk into town. I can recommend a few places to eat if you like. But you may know all this already yourself - places like the Two Magpies cafe (open till 5pm most days) , Michael's bistro, Feathers Hotel, and Byfords restaurant etc By the way, the King's Head in Letheringsett just won an award and I am very fond of the Dales Country House hotel near Sheringham, where you can have coffee and cake and bar menu all day (plus restaurant meals) and lovely walks in the grounds and nearby Sheringham Park.
