Bustling towns of Middlesbrough and Stockton minutes away. Local attractions such as Preston park and Tees barage white water centre on your doorstep. A great base for accessing the North Yorkshire Moors, Dales and further afield.

Although it's quiet it's only a 10 mins drive from Yarm, Stockton and Midddlesbrough, and 15/20 from Stokesley and Northallerton. Teeside park which is also a 10 minute drive is a shopping centre which has a cinema and bowling complex.Thornaby train station is a 10 minute drive and has direct trains to York and Newcastle.
