The living areas in this ground-floor property consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. Appliances include an oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV and a Roku streaming device. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and a single, serviced by a bathroom. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn and furniture, along with off-road parking for two cars. Within 0.3 miles, you will find a shop and pub. Please note, this property welcomes two well-behaved dogs, but is non-smoking. Wi-Fi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all included in the rent.
