Our 40+ homes are spread all across the New Forest, in picture postcard villages like Beaulieu, Brockenhurst and Burley…where the pace is slow and the ponies roam free…
To the wilder north of the Forest, near Fordingbridge, down to the glorious coastal walks at Milford and Keyhaven, on to bustling Lymington with all its Georgian charm.

Big and roomy everywhere, simply styled, some sea views upstairs, with a fabulous play room, peacocks and hens live in the garden and terrace. Next door a honey and flower farm. Beaulieu, a 3 minute drive west, wild swim at Lepe 3 minutes south.
周辺エリアの情報
The south eastern side of the New Forest is busy in parts, but just as gentle and quiet as the rest of the southern areas elsewhere. It doesn't take long to get a good dose of nature here.
The heathlands between Beaulieu and Hythe are flat and have great walking tracks. The coast here is very pretty and best enjoyed at Lepe where you can walk for miles, there is a great play park and wild swimming is popular here.
Further up from Lepe, and right where Southampton Water becomes the Solent, you'll discover Calshot Activity Centre, run by the council, and one of the biggest in the UK. It was once a Solent fortress, and sits right on the very end of a for walks by the lines and lines of colourful beach huts, the fantastic views, and the little cafe. The activities on offer are usually along the lines of cycling, (with a huge indoor velodrome), climbing, bouldering, dry slope skiing and snowboarding, plus masses of water based activities.
Most of our guests will head back into the New Forest National Park (a 4 minute drive from the door) for most activities, but don't miss our suggestion to head over on the Hythe Ferry to Southampton Town Quay and all that the town offers. There's lots going on and great foodie options there too.
