Hartington Hills is a premium, eco-conscious caravan and camping site, celebrated for its top-tier facilities and warm, bubbly hospitality. It is located in the Peak District National Park. The site has been awarded 5 Stars by England's official Tourism body, Visit England.
Run by mother-and-daughter duo Sue and Amy, the site is deeply inspired by its stunning natural surroundings. Their mission is simple: to create a tranquil, elevated escape for guests while staying true to their unwavering commitment to sustainability. This dedication has earned them the prestigious Environmental Quality Mark Award (EQM) year after year.
Nestled between Hulme End and the picturesque village of Hartington, where the Staffordshire Moorlands meet the Derbyshire Dales, Hartington Hills offers an idyllic rural retreat with breathtaking 360° panoramic views. Despite its peaceful, elevated setting, the site is just 0.7 miles from a welcoming pub and 1.7 miles from a range of charming village shops and cafés.
Ideally located at the heart of the Peak District, guests can easily explore the region’s top attractions and beauty spots. The four major market towns—Bakewell, Ashbourne, Leek, and Buxton—are all within a 10-mile radius, while Chatsworth House and Matlock lie just 12 miles away.
