Georgeham Whitehaven is in Georgeham village, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. You’re minutes from Putsborough Beach (dog-friendly), with Croyde, Saunton, and Woolacombe nearby. The village has two pubs, a church, and a store. Parking for two cars is on the driveway; the village car park is a two-minute walk away.
Lounge
A bright lounge with sofas around an inglenook fireplace (wood burner, logs included) and French doors to the garden. Features a 42″ flatscreen TV, DVD player, books, games, and toys. Dogs are welcome downstairs but off furniture.
Kitchen and Dining
Country-style kitchen with slate worktops, butler sink, and Rangemaster cooker. Includes fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, cafetière, and cookware. An extendable table seats eight; two high chairs provided. Nearby cloakroom (WC) and utility area (washing machine, tumble dryer).
Bedrooms
Upstairs, the master and second bedrooms each have king-sized beds, storage, and countryside views. The third bedroom has two adult-sized bunk beds for four. Two travel cots provided (bring bedding or hire locally).
Bathrooms
Family bathroom has underfloor heating, corner shower, roll-top bath, basin, and WC. Towels supplied. Ground-floor cloakroom with WC and basin off the kitchen.
Front Garden
Small patio with lawn and bench—ideal for morning coffee.
Rear Garden
Enclosed garden with patio, dining table, gas BBQ, lawn, and countryside views. A summer house stores gear, and a hot outdoor shower rinses off after the beach.
Amenities
High-speed WiFi, heating, electricity, and wood burner logs included. Two off-street parking spaces; overflow in the village car park. Stairgate available. Dogs welcome for a fee (must stay downstairs). No smoking.
Optional Extras
Bath towels (up to eight) and two travel cots free. Dogs cost a fee per dog.
