My name is Diane and my husband is Graeme we are always there to help in anyway we can . most of the time you will see Diane I love talking to guests and asking them were would they like to go I'm a bit like the tourist board lol , I am very active so anybody wanting to come jogging with me you are welcome,

This is a small property run by family ,our little Victorian guesthouse is far from being old fashioned we have made our property contemporary , lots of people compliment the place by saying they feel welcome [home from home ]

where the guest house is situated we have the main train station ,beach ,prom, all the main pubs 5 minutes from the trams and lots more
