Our caravan is well equipped with a fitted kitchen, including all utensils, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, cookware and crockery for adults and children. You will find a clothes steamer, hairdryer, travel cot and extra heaters provided. We provide hand towels and a bath mat however we do not provide bath towels and bed linen unless requested. If you require bed linen and bath towels at a extra cost, we can provide them. Enjoy a variety of dining options within the complex, offering something for everyone. There is an on-park launderette that is open 8am-8pm 7 days a week. PLEASE NOTE: we do not host adult parties or hen/stag dos. PLEASE NOTE: We do not host animals PLEASE NOTE: Passes are not included but can be purchased online. Guests who wish to purchase passes will have access to the Showbar (Evening Entertainment), swimming pool and the ability to book other activities. Passes can be purchased directly through the haven app/website. Guests who choose not to opt for play passes can enjoy the mash and barrel, play parks, football court, mini market, arcades, restaurants and launderette without play passes.

Swimming pool will be closed 10/11/25 until 9/3/25 Duvets, pillows, mattress protectors and hand towels are provided. YOU ARE REQUIRED TO BRING YOUR OWN BED LINEN (SHEETS, DUVET COVERS, PILLOW CASES) AND BATH TOWELS. WE CAN PROVIDE THESE FOR YOU AT A SMALL COST.
