Situated at the top of a smart quiet estate in Halstead the property is nestled next to farmers fields yet a 15 min walk into town. Smartly decorated, the single room enjoys its own bathroom. Free Wifi and use of Netflix account. Please note there are no guest cooking or laundry facilities at the property. Please note for allergy sufferers: a dog resides at this property - she does not go into the guest room. For security CCTV operates at the front of the property and in the private family areas.

Living and enjoying life in Halstead, I enjoy walks with my lively lurcher. Please note for allergy sufferers my dog does not go into the guest room though there may be pet hairs in and around the house.

Halstead is a bustling market town with several pubs, cafes and restaurants and its own theatre showing films, live streamed theatre and gigs. Situated near to Sudbury and Braintree with good road links.
