Located just off Junction 15 of the M1, there is also easy access to neighbouring towns such as Milton Keynes, Wellingborough and Kettering

The property is located in a safe and calm residential area of Grange Park with easy access to Northampton city centre. Other points of interest such as Northampton general hospital, train station, Royal & Derngate Theatre and University of Northampton are all within a short drive away too. Car - easy access to Northampton City Centre and M1. The property has a driveway that can fit up to 2 vehicles. Additional street parking is also available around the property free of charge. Bus - there is a bus stop located 5 mins walk away. There is a service which runs every 15 mins and can take you to Northampton city centre.
