Greenbanks consists of an open-plan living area with kitchen equipped with an electric double oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, a utility with washing machine and tumble dryer, a dining area with seating for eight guests, a sitting area with Smart TV and a snug with multi-fuel stove. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor double, a double with TV and two twins with TVs, serviced by a ground-floor shower room and bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed garden with sun house, as well as off-road parking for one car and roadside parking for another. This is a pet-free and smoke-free property.
