Gwelfor is a three-storey home with an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area, a super-king-size bedroom with en-suite, a king-size, a double with en-suite, a further double, a twin with en-suite, and a bunk room, serviced by a bathroom and shower room. Appliances consist of a Rangemaster cooker, gas hob and electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, five TVs, and a selection of books and games. Outside there is off-road parking for four cars, a large patio, unfenced garden over two levels (bank leads down to a brook) and an enclosed patio with furniture, barbecue and outside shower. This is a pet-free and smoke-free home. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included, along with a travel cot and two highchairs. You'll find a shop in 0.3 miles and a pub in 0.2 miles.
